Known as a premier marketing speaker and business leader, Roger makes things grow. He joined Flint Group in 1976 when it employed 13 people and has since expanded the operation to include agencies in Bismarck, Duluth and St. Cloud, plus AdFarm offices in Calgary, Guelph, Kansas City, and Sacramento, closing in on 200 employees. In addition to his leadership at Flint Group, Roger is also the COO of Flint Group and AdFarm, one of the five largest agri-marketing firms in North America and on the Board of Director of RR46, the parent company to Flint Group and AdFarm.
His greatest strength, aside from plain old stamina, is his ability to bring a team together to create a strong communications plan – one that identifies the challenge and uses strategic thinking to find solutions that build solid brands. He also has an uncanny ability to recognize ideas that work.
Roger holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance and has enhanced it with ongoing education through seminars and college electives, as well as more than 40 years of experience in advertising and public relations. He has spoken at national Agricultural meetings, business start-ups and various industry events.

She has been a Flint Group team member since 2004 and spends her days analyzing data and market research, writing strategy and proposals, connecting with clients, problem solving with employees, and working on internal management and planning projects.
A seasoned professional and effectual leader, Jodi has a remarkable ability to manage teams, develop strategy and execute campaigns on plan and on budget. She uses her experience to enlighten audiences on topics such as women in leadership roles, marketing for the manufacturing industry and more.
Jodi graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn., with bachelor’s degrees in English, mass communications and psychology. She earned her master’s degree in mass communications from North Dakota State University in Fargo.

A professional marketing and customer experience speaker, Andrea has been a member of Flint Group since 2011 and brings nearly 20 years of industry experience to her position as communications strategist. Based out of Flint Communications in Fargo, N.D., Andrea works with all Flint Group offices to provide strategic direction, best practice recommendations and campaign architecture for effective omnichannel communication strategies, including direct mail, email, online display, text, social and more.
Focusing on the customer/prospect experience (CX), Andrea provides insight into crafting points of engagement and response to align with business objectives and brand. With detail at the heart of what she does, Andrea is an expert at structuring direct response campaigns and providing robust analysis for campaign optimization.
Andrea graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with her bachelor’s degree in business administration. She earned her master’s degree in business administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Neb.

Along with her expertise in strategic communications and graphic design, Kaia has a proven ability to develop multichannel marketing strategies that work.
